What kinds of information do we collect?
Depending on which Services you use, we collect different kinds of information from or about you.
Things you do and information you provide.
We collect the content and other information that you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content that you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.
Things others do and information they provide.
We also collect content and information that other people provide when they use our Services, including information about you, such as when they share a photo of you, send a message to you or upload, sync or import your contact information.
Your networks and connections.
We collect information about the people and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them, such as the people you communicate with the most or the groups you like to share with. We also collect contact information that you provide if you upload, sync or import this information (such as an address book) from a device.
We collect information from or about the computers, phones or other devices where you install or access our Services, depending on the permissions you've granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent Services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information that we collect:
- • Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
- • Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signals.
- • Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.
Information from third-party partners.
We receive information about you and your activities on and off 2or3 third-party partners, such as information from a partner when we jointly offer services or from a church about your experiences or interactions with them.
Information you shared in 2or3.
We receive information about you and your activities on 2or3. You or relating to you that is voluntarily shared on 2or3. Shared Information may include postings that you make on 2or3, any postings from others that you re-post and Location Data and Log Data associated with such postings, information about you that others who are using our services share about you.
Information from websites and apps that use our Services.
We collect information when you visit or use third-party websites and apps that use our Services. This includes information about the websites and apps that you visit, your use of our Services on those websites and apps, as well as information the developer or publisher of the app or website provides to you or us.
How we Collect Information
- a. Collected Information. 2or3 may collect information from you in several different ways including the following:
- i. Registration. When you register for an account or make a purchase, you are required to give certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and where applicable, credit card and billing information. We use this information to contact you about the products and services on our Site in which you have expressed interest and to facilitate further re-orders.
- ii. Order. If you purchase or download a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and address) and, where applicable, financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
- iii. Requests. When you request information from us, by phone or e-mail, through the Site, or by requesting to join our mailing list, we may collect certain personally identifiable information from you. If you respond to a survey or sign up contest or drawing, we may request certain Personal Information. We use this information to provide you with information, customer service, or other services related to your request.
iv. Log Files. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
v. Correspondence. If you send us personal correspondence, such as an email or letter, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
- vi. Third Party Referral. We may collect certain personally identifiable information regarding you when a third party may voluntarily provides such information, such as when using a “Send To A Friend” option with respect to our communications.
vii. Public/Sponsored Events. 2or3 participates in many public events and events with multiple sponsors, such as trade shows and seminars. The events generally collect certain personally identifiable information from all attendees and distribute this data in whole or in part to all the event sponsors including 2or3. While we cannot control and are not responsible for the practices of other sponsors for these events, 2or3 will maintain the privacy of its copy of your personal information received in this way.
- c. Site Usage. 2or3 may monitor your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address) relating to your use of the Site and/or services and log this information. This information may be used to diagnose Site technical problems. We also use personal and non-personal information in aggregate or statistical form in order to improve our products, services and procedures. This means that information from many persons and/or web site visits is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular person. For example, we track how many people have expressed interest in a particular product and what kinds of web browsers are most often used when visiting our web site. Among other things, this information helps us determine which of our products and services are successful and which should be changed or discontinued.
e. Web Beacons. Web beacons are very small, invisible graphics present on web pages or emails that help us track when the page or email has been accessed. Some parts of the Site, emails and other files may use web beacons, also known as clear gif technology or action tags. We do not use web beacons to collect, use or store any Personal Information about you.
f. Customer Service. Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we may send you a confirmation e-mail to act as a receipt of your purchase. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries and to provide the services you request.
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use 2or3. If you are under age of 13, please remove 2or3 from your phone. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any children under the age of 13. Please contact us if you find any less than 13 years old users or believe we have any Personal Information from any children under the age of 13. We will promptly investigate and remove such account and Personal Information.
How we use collected information?
2or3 may collect and use User’s personal information for the following purposes:
Providing and improving our products.
We are able to deliver our Services, personalize content and make suggestions for you by using this information to understand how you use and interact with our Services and the people or things you're connected to and interested in on and off our Services.
We also use information we have to provide shortcuts and suggestions to you.
For example, when you like or attend some events with particular tags, we will be able to suggest that whether you will like or attend the events which with the same tags.
When we have location information, we use it to tailor our Services for you and others, such as helping you check in and find local events in your area or telling your friends that you are nearby.
We conduct surveys and research, test features in development and analyze the information that we have in order to evaluate and improve products and services, develop new products or features and conduct audits and troubleshooting activities.
Promoting safety and security.
We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies.
Communicating with you.
We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
Sending emails or pushing notifications
One of the main services of the 2or3 app is the sending email reminders or push notification reminders for events. These are sent with the User’s own content that is entered through the App, or with content entered by others and shared with the User. We may use a User’s name and email address for these notifications. We may occasionally also send other emails such as company news, updates, related product or service information, etc., and we will use your basic personal information to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. We may also use your Information for the purpose of sending you direct marketing (whether by messaging within our services, by email or by other means) that offer or advertise our products and services and/or the products and services of selected third parties.You may at any time change your preferences or turn off notifications, which will alter or cease the specific notifications you receive. You may also cancel your account at any time, in which case we will cease sending you reminder emails, but you may continue getting shared content from others until you specifically turn off those notifications. We may use a third-party mailing list service for company announcements or occasional marketing emails, and you may need to unsubscribe from these emails separately than other types of emails.
We will generally only retain your Personal Information for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as set out under this section above. However, in the following circumstances, we may be required to retain, preserve or disclose your Personal Information for a longer period of time:
- • in order to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
• in order to comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process;

How is this information shared?
One of the core features of the app is the ability to share events/prayer requests/notes/poll with individuals or groups.
People you share and communicate with.
When you share and communicate using our Services, you choose the audience who can see what you share. For example, when you use our group, you also choose the people who you send photos to or message.
When you post events/prayer requests/notes/polls on 2or3, you select the audience for the post, such as a group of individuals, all of your friends or members of specific groups.
Public information is any information that you select Discoverable or share with a public audience, as well as information in your public profile or content you share on a 2or3 group. Public information is available to anyone on or off our Services and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs and offline media.
In some cases, people you share and communicate with may download or re-share this content with others on and off our Services. When you comment on another person's post or like their content on 2or3, that person decides the audience who can see your comment or like. If their audience is public, your comment will also be public.
People who share about you.
Other people may use our Services to share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people may share a photo of you, or share information about you that you shared with them. If you have concerns with someone's post, Report is a way for people to quickly and easily ask for help from someone they trust.
How we protect your information Security
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, password, and other information and data stored on our Site or in the App. All information is transferred over secure, encrypted SSL/HTTPS transport protocols. We will try our best to improve the performance of our security procedure, but we cannot warrant that the security procedure is 100% accurate due the particularity of the Internet, for example hacker attack, computer virus, collapse of the system, drop of network ,bugs etc. We shall not undertake any responsibility of your losses as incurred therefrom.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with others for the purposes outlined above.
Data Security Generally
2or3 is committed to ensuring that your ordering information, including your customer information, is protected while you are on the Site. 2or3 uses appropriate and reasonable measures to maintain the security of your personal information. This includes procedures followed by our personnel to prevent data loss or theft, physical security of our servers and information stores and electronic security such as firewalls, password-protected databases and secure connections.
2or3 may use certain third parties for services such as advertising, marketing and order fulfillment. We only work with third parties whose privacy policies and security practices are equal to or more stringent than our own and who agree to strictly limit their use of the information we provide them to fulfill the functions for which they have been retained.
You should be aware, however, that no data transmitted over the Internet, sent through the mail or stored on a computer is 100% secure and that we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while in transmission to us. Public computers in particular should never be considered secure. You should never give out personal information on message board, in chat rooms and other publicly-viewable locations.
In addition, there exist malicious programs, typically called computer viruses or Trojan horses, which can be used to capture information off your computer's hard drive or while you are entering it into a web form or sending it by email. You should always use the appropriate anti-virus and personal security technology to protect yourself.
Lastly, if you have been assigned a login ID and/or password for use on a 2or3 system (for example, a login for our web store to purchase products or services), you should never give out that information to others.
If for some reason you believe 2or3 has not adhered to the principles of this Privacy Statement, please notify us, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly.
Limitations of Warranties and Remedies. To the full extent allowed by law, 2or3 disclaims all warranties, terms or conditions, express or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties, terms, or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranty of non-infringement. 2or3 neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale, and use of the products and services. 2or3’s liability will not exceed the fee paid by the customer for the Purchase of the products. In no event will 2or3 be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, even if 2or3 has, or should have had, any knowledge, actual or constructive, of the possibility of such damages.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired and a valid, legal, and enforceable provision of similar intent and economic impact will be substituted therefore.
Additional Provisions Regarding Liability. The parties agree that the foregoing limitations will not be read so as to limit any liability to an extent that would not be permitted under applicable law and specifically will not limit any liability for gross negligence, intentional tortious or unlawful conduct or damages for strict liability that may not be limited by law.
Links. The Site may contain links to other sites. However, please be aware that 2or3 is not responsible for and cannot control the privacy policies of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Statement applies solely to information collected by the 2or3 Site.
Choice/Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by using the Opt-Out or Unsubscribe option at the bottom of most of our mass email communications, or by contacting us through the “Contact Us” section of the Site.
Access to Personal Information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire some or all of our services, you may correct or update it by contacting us.
Business Transition. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
Representations and Warranties.
By using this Site, you represent that you are seeking this Site for personal reasons and that you are not an attorney or an agent of an attorney conducting an investigation to a potential claim related to the Site, any material available through the Site, or 2or3. You also represent that you are not engaging in activities in an attempt to reverse engineer the Site, portions of the Site, or any materials available through the Site.
